Job summary

Cencora is seeking a PAM/IAM Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of privileged access management across complex enterprise solutions. The role focuses on governance, documentation, and alignment with business and IT strategies while translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Requirements include 5–7 years in PAM/IAM, strong Active Directory and cloud platform knowledge, and proficiency with scripting languages.

Qualifications

5-7 years of experience leading enterprise PAM/IAM projects.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Expert knowledge in Privileged Access Management and IAM domains.
Understanding of Active Directory and core functions.
Understanding of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Understanding of Windows/Linux server and workstation configuration/architecture.
Understanding of API design concepts, RESTful services, and modern application interaction patterns.
Ability to use scripting languages such as Shell, Perl, Python, JavaScript, HTML or PowerShell.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture, design, and implementation of PAM technologies and standards for enterprise solutions.
Create detailed documentation and assist in budget planning and governance.
Provide input on PAM strategic planning, standards, and information security practices.
Ensure projects align with business and IT strategies and avoid duplicate functionality.
Develop checks and controls to ensure governance and security of information assets.
Translate complex technical solutions into non-technical requirements for clients and stakeholders.
