Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Principal Architect to lead the identity lifecycle management platform built around SailPoint Identity Security Cloud. You will shape the technical roadmap, define data patterns and enable analytics and agentic AI capabilities across enterprise systems.

You will collaborate with security, data, and engineering teams to ensure scalable, governance-driven design and successful delivery of complex identity solutions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated hands-on architecture experience with SailPoint ISC.
• Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management and access workflows.
• Experience designing architectures integrating cloud platforms, apps, APIs and data sources.
• Understanding of data movement between identity platforms and external systems.
• Experience designing data platforms, lakes, or fabrics for analytics foundations.
• Ability to connect identity architecture with data, analytics, automation and UX needs.
• Ability to explain tradeoffs and guide cross-functional teams from concept to implementation.
• Experience operating as a senior technical leader in complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the target architecture and technical roadmap for the enterprise identity lifecycle platform built around SailPoint ISC.
• Design how SailPoint ISC connects with external platforms, apps, databases, and identity services.
• Define scalable patterns for identity data ingestion, governance and reuse.
• Guide the development of identity data lake and fabric supporting analytics and UX capabilities.
• Partner with data/engineering to use Databricks and Lina for identity data and delivery.
• Architect user experiences translating identity data into efficient interactions for staff and admins.
• Shape agentic AI use cases for access requests and approvals.
• Evaluate build-vs-buy decisions for identity and AI capabilities.
• Create architecture standards and reference designs for identity lifecycle solutions.
• Provide technical leadership across identity, data, analytics and UX domains.
• Collaborate with security, IAM, data, engineering and business partners to align with enterprise requirements.
• Communicate complex decisions to stakeholders and influence across teams.
