Job summary

Gartner is seeking a Sr. Director Analyst to apply in-depth identity and access management expertise within the Business and Technology Insights (BTI) team.

You will research, write advisory material, and guide client conversations to shape architecture and deployment best practices. Responsibilities include engaging with executives, delivering high-impact research at Gartner events, and traveling regionally and globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (i.e., Computer Science or Engineering), or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant field or industry experience, with 12+ years in technical IAM roles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis in IAM to create thought-leading insights for clients and Gartner audiences.
• Deliver high-quality advisory research and reference architecture documents.
• Present and communicate research findings at client meetings, webinars, and Gartner events.
• Travel regionally and globally as needed to engage with clients and industry events.
