Cybersecurity Jobs in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) specialist to secure user, application, and privileged access across the enterprise. The role focuses on IAM administration, RBAC, SSO, MFA, and PAM, with responsibilities spanning user lifecycle management, access reviews, and incident response coordination.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related discipline, or an acceptable combination of education and experience to meet the expectation.
• Education equivalency: 2 years of directly related professional experience for every year of education not completed (stated experience is additional to experience used for equivalency).
• 4 years supporting cybersecurity or identity services in a small-to-mid-size, multi-site organization (1000+ employees).
• Experience with IAM administration, access provisioning, role management, authentication technologies, or directory services.
• System administrator or cyber analyst experience with identity-focused controls and access governance.
• Broad functional knowledge of information assurance and identity security concepts.

Mansioni

• Maintain Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Access Management, and Privileged Access Management (PAM) technologies.
• Administer identity governance capabilities including user lifecycle management, entitlement reviews, and access certifications.
• Support identity access capabilities including RBAC, SSO, MFA, federation, and identity integrations for workforce and customer access.
• Administer and monitor platforms that secure, control, and monitor privileged accounts and elevated access (PAM).
• Apply identity security principles to maintain confidentiality, integrity, availability, authentication, and authorization.
• Monitor identity-related events and access activity to detect and respond to anomalous behavior and potential threats.
• Coordinate with managed security services partners, IT Operations, and application owners to resolve identity issues and mitigate risk.
• Provide notification to designated managers, incident responders, and service provider teams of suspected incidents per the organization’s cyber incident response plan.
• Maintain IAM and access control runbooks and playbooks, and support provisioning and deprovisioning during elevated risk events for the insider threat program.
