Raymond James Information Security is seeking a Manager to lead the Privileged Access Management engineering team within the Identity and Access Management group. This role is hybrid, requiring in-office presence 3 days per week at St.

Petersburg, FL or Memphis, TN or Southfield, MI. The Manager will set strategic PAM direction, drive the PAM/Secrets program, and oversee implementation of the IAM product roadmap to reduce risk, enable business goals, and improve security and compliance.

Formación

• Experience leading enterprise PAM programs.
• Ability to translate risk and compliance into technical solutions.
• Experience with CyberArk or BeyondTrust.
• Familiarity with IGA integrations (Saviynt, SailPoint).
• Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, PowerShell).
• Cloud platform familiarity (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of SOX/audit controls and regulatory expectations.

Responsabilidades

• Establish centralized PAM ownership across the enterprise.
• Support IAM modernization and zero standing/least privilege goals.
• Address regulatory/audit expectations with evidence-based reporting.
• Eliminate fragmented onboarding and hardcoded secrets.
• Drive automation to scale PAM services globally.
