Qualifications

• Four-year degree preferred; or equivalent experience in Identity & Access Management or IT security.
• Proven experience managing IAM operations in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with SSO, MFA, IGA, and PAM capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily IAM operations and manage provisioning, access requests, reviews, and incidents.
• Mentor IAM engineers and analysts; monitor SLAs and KPIs.
• Support platforms like Entra ID, Okta, SailPoint, and PAM solutions.
• Ensure IAM controls meet SOX, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify automation opportunities and optimize identity lifecycle workflows.
• Collaborate with HR, application owners, and cybersecurity teams to implement scalable IAM solutions.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and maintain high availability of IAM systems.
