Job summary

Artifintech seeks an experienced IAM Lead to oversee daily IAM operations, govern access requests, and coordinate with security, infrastructure, and business teams. You will drive governance, runbooks, and escalation procedures while coaching IAM analysts.

You will partner with Identity Architects to implement IAM strategies and policies, develop runbooks, and support audits and risk updates. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership and process automation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IAM operations and incident handling.
• Ability to manage access requests, approvals, escalations, and reviews.
• Coordinate with security, infrastructure, and business teams on IAM tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily IAM operations including access requests, approvals, escalations, and reviews.
• Manage IAM tickets and workflows using Jira.
• Coordinate Level 2 reviews for access, entitlements, privileged access, and exceptions.
• Monitor ticket queues, aging requests, risks and remediation activities.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for IAM stakeholders.
