Job summary

Data Direct Networks is seeking an experienced leader in identity and access management to own enterprise IAM strategy and governance. You will drive certification programs, role lifecycle, and secure access across on‑prem and cloud environments, including Salesforce, IdP/MFA, and cost optimization for global cloud estates.

The role requires 8+ years in IT with 5+ years in IAM leadership, deep hands‑on IAM expertise, and a strong SOX compliance background.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in information technology with a focus on identity and access management.
• 5+ years leading IAM teams at manager/director level.
• Proven experience owning enterprise IAM strategy and budgets.
• Deep hands-on IAM program expertise across on‑prem, colocation, and cloud.
• SOX compliance readiness and access automation experience.

Responsibilities

• Own identity governance strategy, operating model, and control standards.
• Lead access certification, role lifecycle, and segregation-of-duties programs.
• Architect and deploy a comprehensive IAM platform and IdP/MFA solutions.
• Manage public-cloud master accounts, cost, and least-privilege access.
• Lead governance forums, escalation paths, and policy exception resolution.
• Oversee IT architecture reviews and third-party risk management.
• Direct workflow, analytics, and reporting to surface access risk.
