Job summary

Zoox is seeking an experienced IT Information Security Manager to own and scale the IAM program across enterprise apps, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will lead IAM engineers and analysts, aligning with zero-trust security and compliance requirements.

You will drive RBAC/ABAC, SSO/MFA, PAM, and IGA while managing risk, audits, and vendor relationships to support secure, scalable identity governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years IT and Cybersecurity experience with leadership focus on IAM.
• Hands-on with major IAM tools and platforms listed above.
• Strong knowledge of RBAC/ABAC, SoD, and policy development.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise IAM roadmap aligned with Zero Trust.
• Oversee JML provisioning across on‑prem and cloud.
• Architect SSO, MFA, SAML, OIDC, and passwordless auth.
• Manage PAM, access reviews, entitlement campaigns, and IGA.
• Lead audits, risk reviews, and vendor IAM selections.
