Job summary

Wizards of the Coast, a Hasbro subsidiary, seeks a senior IAM leader to own end-to-end identity programs and enterprise security across the org. The role reports to the VP of Infrastructure Engineering and Operations and oversees IAM budgets, roadmaps, and teams spanning IGA, PAM, and a new Identity Security Operations function.

The position emphasizes consolidating identity platforms, implementing phishing-resistant MFA, and driving automation to reduce manual work and improve security posture

Qualifications

• 12+ years in IAM or security engineering.
• 5+ years leading teams and managers.
• Experience leading enterprise IAM programs at scale.
• Identity-provider consolidation, IGA, PAM experience.
• Hands-on with Okta or Entra ID and cloud identity services.
• Delivery of zero-trust capabilities including phishing-resistant MFA.
• Experience managing IAM budgets and vendor negotiations.
• Global identity services with HR, applications and security partners.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year IAM strategy and funding plan.
• Consolidate workforce identity onto a single provider and retire legacy tooling.
• Automate access from hire through exit using authoritative HR data.
• Replace standing privilege with just-in-time elevation.
• Stand up Identity Security Operations to detect and contain identity attacks.
