Job summary

You will evaluate emerging technologies, lead AI-enabled IAM initiatives, and collaborate with architecture and security teams globally to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

The role focuses on NHI, AI in IAM, and cross-functional programs like IT/OT, with a roadmap to standardize and optimize IAM services for PepsiCo’s global operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in computer science, information security, or equivalent
• 15+ years IT experience
• 10+ years information security in IAM, SSO, MFA and PKI
• 7+ years in security standards and identity architecture
• 3+ years working with AI and implementing solutions
• 6+ years with IAM/Access Management solutions such as CA SiteMinder, Okta

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM services across the Enterprise and global programs
• Evaluate new IAM capabilities and conduct POCs
• Lead AI solutions for IAM and security frameworks
• Establish AI agent security framework and roadmap
• Drive integrations and architectures for IAM tools and services
• Mentor teams and communicate security decisions to leadership
