Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years IT experience
• 10+ years information security in IAM/Sso/MFA
• 7+ years security standards and policies
• 7+ years identity architecture
• 3+ years working with AI in IAM

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM services across the enterprise and partner with global teams
• Evaluate IAM technologies and run POCs
• Drive AI solutions for IAM and AI in IAM
• Define AI agent security framework and roadmaps
• Develop and govern scalable identity, authentication, and SSO architectures
• Collaborate with design and implementation engineers on IAM solutions
• Guide integration patterns for applications with PepsiCo IAM products
• Communicate security best practices to leadership and stakeholders
