Job summary

PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Senior Information Security Principal to lead automation and vulnerability management across data security, containers, APIs, and AI/ML initiatives. You will design scalable security architectures, mentor analysts, and collaborate with IT and business to meet SLAs and regulatory needs.

The role emphasizes advanced coding, security tool integration, and leadership in security automation, with a strong focus on developing scalable, repeatable workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, CS, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• 6–7 years in cybersecurity, vulnerability management, automation, and dev ops.
• Proven ability to lead automation projects across data security and API tooling.

Responsibilities

• Develop, scale, and optimize security automation scripts (Python/PowerShell/Bash).
• Design API integrations between data security tools and ITSM platforms to automate workflows.
• Lead assessment and remediation prioritization using AI/ML insights.
• Leverage ServiceNow VR for vulnerability tracking and automated ticketing.
• Mentor junior analysts and drive architectural discussions for tool effectiveness.
• Define KPIs and partner with stakeholders to improve security posture.
