Job summary

PepsiCo seeks an Authentication, SSO/MFA and CIAM SME/Architect to lead enterprise IAM strategy, design, and delivery from Plano, TX. You will guide secure authentication across workforce, partner, and customer identities, shaping zero-trust aligned architectures.

You will partner with cybersecurity, privacy, and engineering teams to implement scalable, compliant solutions and drive platform modernization across Okta and related identity services.

Qualifications

• Fifteen+ years IT experience with IAM/security focus.
• Ten+ years architecting authentication, SSO, MFA, and access management.
• Seven+ years with Okta or comparable IAM platforms.
• Hands-on scripting with PowerShell, Python, Java/JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior SME/Architect for Authentication, SSO, MFA, and CIAM.
• Design secure authentication patterns for cloud, on-prem, mobile, and API apps.
• Define MFA/adaptive authentication, risk-based access, and passwordless options.
• Architect CIAM for customer registration, consent, profiles, and secure API access.
• Mentor engineers and drive DevOps, CI/CD, and automation initiatives.
