Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Senior IAM Principal Cybersecurity Architect to lead strategy, governance, and design for IAM services, including AI and Agentic AI security, across the enterprise.

You will partner with AI Engineering, Cloud, Enterprise Architecture, and Security teams to define standards, secure AI platforms, and enable safe adoption of Agentic AI with Zero Trust principles across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Cybersecurity, IT, or a related field.
• 15+ years in Cybersecurity with significant IAM expertise.
• 7+ years in Principal/Lead/Senior Architecture roles for enterprise or cloud-native environments.
• Expert knowledge of IAM technologies including AWS IAM, AWS Identity Center, Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, and Zero Trust Architecture.
• Experience securing AI platforms, LLMs, Agentic AI apps, or autonomous AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM and cloud security architecture for cross-functional programs.
• Modernize IAM capabilities to support AI and cloud-native apps.
• Design secure identity architectures leveraging AWS IAM, AWS Identity Center, Entra ID, and cloud-native identity services.
• Integrate AI platforms with enterprise IAM, IGA, and PAM solutions.
• Define enterprise architecture and security strategy for AI systems, LLMs, and Agentic AI platforms.
• Develop standards, reference designs, and best practices for securing AI workloads.
• Mentor architects and engineers on AI security, IAM, and cloud identity best practices.
• Communicate architecture decisions and security risks to executives and stakeholders.
