Job summary

PepsiCo seeks an experienced Non-Human Identity (NHI) Lead to define and drive the enterprise NHI program, establishing lifecycle governance, security controls, and risk management for machine identities across the organization.

The role partners with Security, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Engineering teams to deliver a scalable, automated NHI platform, with strong emphasis on Zero Trust, AI agent identities, and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Identity & Access Management or Cybersecurity.
• 5+ years leading enterprise-scale IAM programs.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing global projects and strategic initiatives.
• Proven experience implementing enterprise identity strategies and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define and own enterprise NHI vision and multi-year maturity plan.
• Establish standards, policies, and governance for NHI management.
• Lead global NHI transformation initiatives and drive adoption across sectors.
• Develop KPI/KRI metrics and provide exec reporting to IAM leadership and governance boards.
• Establish NHI operating models, ownership, and accountability frameworks.
• Define target-state architecture for NHI lifecycle, governance, and secrets management.
• Lead architecture reviews across cloud and enterprise platforms.
