Job summary

Trace3 seeks a Sr. Security Solutions Architect for remote work focused on IAM, IGA, PAM, and NHI. You will guide enterprise Identity strategies, run discovery workshops, and shape roadmaps with Trace3 sales and delivery teams.

The role requires 6+ years in IAM design/architecture, hands-on Okta/Entra ID experience, and strong executive-level communication. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 6+ years designing, implementing, or architecting Identity and Access Management solutions.
• 3+ years in customer-facing consulting, architecture, or presales roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Okta Workforce Identity Cloud or Entra ID.
• Expertise in at least one of: Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, or Identity Governance platforms (SailPoint, Saviynt).
• Experience leading customer workshops, assessments, and architecture discussions.
• Ability to communicate with executive and technical audiences.
• CISSP or equivalent security certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery sessions, workshops, and Identity assessments.
• Develop Identity strategies, maturity assessments, and transformation roadmaps.
• Serve as trusted advisor to security leaders, architects, and executives.
• Partner with sales teams to identify, qualify, and advance Identity opportunities.
• Present solution recommendations, business cases, and architectural guidance to customers.
• Lead or support proposal development, SOWs, and technical win strategies.
• Lead or support evaluations to compare Identity technologies and align with long-term strategy.
• Contribute to reusable offerings, workshops, and reference architectures.
