Job summary

Hyundai AutoEver America in Irvine, CA is seeking an Engineering Systems Administrator III – IAM to design, implement, and maintain IAM infrastructure, ensuring secure access to enterprise systems. You will manage identity lifecycle, SSO/MFA, RBAC, and integrate with Azure AD/AD; collaborate with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and App Owners to enforce Zero Trust and audit readiness.

Base salary ranges $100,000 - $125,000, on-site five days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 5-7+ years of IAM experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative team player with good communication skills.
• Experience with identity governance, access management, and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain IAM infrastructure and security platforms.
• Administer user provisioning, deprovisioning, and RBAC.
• Implement SSO, MFA, and conditional access policies.
• Coordinate with Cybersecurity, Infra, and App Owners on IAM governance.
• Document IAM processes and support audits and compliance.
