Job summary

Komodo Health seeks an IAM Engineer and Integration Specialist to build and secure the integration/orchestration infrastructure powering our revenue automation and data platforms.

You will ensure secure AI and data infrastructure access, govern non‑human identities, and drive IAM strategy across HR, Finance and Compliance teams. The role blends security, automation, and compliance in a fast‑growing healthcare tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, including hands‑on with Okta (OIE & OIG).
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, SSO, MFA, SCIM provisioning, and federation (SAML, OIDC, OAuth).
• Experience auditing, governance, access certification processes and security tooling.
• Proven ability to design and implement IAM & Enterprise solutions with cross‑functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement IAM solutions.
• Integrate and manage IdPs within the IAM system and enforce policies.
• Handle and streamline access requests and RBAC/ABAC governance.
• Develop IAM policies, procedures and incident response playbooks.
• Respond to ad‑hoc requests and improve automation.
