Job summary

Komodo Health is seeking a hybrid IAM Engineer and Integration Specialist who builds the Integration/Orchestration Infrastructure powering our revenue cycles and ensures secure access to AI and data infrastructure. You will influence IAM strategy, secure systems, and enable seamless data access across teams.

You will partner with HR, Finance, Compliance, and IT to implement SSO, MFA, RBAC/ABAC, and data-access controls while leveraging Workato, Okta Workflows, and iPaaS concepts to treat

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience.
• Hands-on with Okta (OIE & OIG).
• Experience with SSO, MFA, SCIM provisioning, and federation (SAML/OIDC/OAuth).
• Ability to automate IAM workflows using tools like Workato or similar.
• Cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP, Azure) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement IAM solutions.
• Integrate and manage IdPs within the IAM system.
• Handle auditing, governance, and access certification tasks.
