Job summary

Cencora is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) leader to direct strategy, governance, and operational execution across the enterprise. You will guide modern identity services, RBAC, PAM, SSO, and MFA to support growth while meeting regulatory and cybersecurity goals.

You will partner with executives, security, and IT teams to align identity capabilities with business priorities, drive Zero Trust adoption, and manage budgets, vendors, and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, IT, CS, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years leading IAM, infrastructure, or security operations.
• Experience implementing enterprise IAM solutions in hybrid/cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Directs strategy and execution of enterprise IAM programs.
• Develops IAM roadmaps to support cloud adoption and digital transformation.
• Oversees identity governance, RBAC, PAM, and lifecycle management.
• Partners with leaders to integrate identity controls into systems.
• Leads authentication services including SSO and MFA.
