Amex GBT is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead enterprise IAM initiatives. You will translate business requirements into roadmaps, coordinate across infrastructure, security, and application teams, and ensure on-time, in-scope delivery.

You will oversee platform implementations (Okta, CyberArk, Saviynt), manage risks, and build runbooks and training for operations. The role blends business delivery with technical architecture in a dynamic, global travel tech environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or related field.
• 10+ years in project/program management with IAM/security topics.
• 3+ years hands-on with enterprise IAM platforms and multi-team initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Define project charters and scope for IAM initiatives and break into workstreams.
• Lead governance boards and communicate status, risks, and decisions.
• Provide technical project leadership on platform implementations (Okta, CyberArk, Saviynt).
• Identify risks, plan change management, and manage cutovers and contingencies.
• Develop operational runbooks and training for support teams.
• Track metrics and drive continuous improvement in IAM delivery.
