American Express Global Business Travel is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex IAM initiatives across the enterprise. You will serve as the delivery owner for identity and access management projects, coordinating across infrastructure, security, and applications teams to deliver value on time and within scope.

Responsibilities include planning, governance, and hands-on oversight of platforms such as Okta, CyberArk, and Saviynt, with a focus on security controls,

Qualifications

10+ years in project/program management, with IAM, security, or enterprise IT projects.
Strong knowledge of IAM platforms and identity governance controls.
Experience translating business requirements into technical roadmaps.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

Define project scope, schedules, and budgets for IAM initiatives across the enterprise.
Lead governance boards, communicate risks, and manage dependencies across teams.
Provide technical delivery oversight of IAM platforms from design to deployment.
