Job summary

Amex GBT in the United States is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex IAM initiatives across the enterprise. You will translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and coordinate across infrastructure, security, and application teams to deliver value on time.

The role requires hands-on IAM knowledge (Okta, CyberArk, Saviynt), strong program management across Agile/Waterfall environments, and a Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years in PM (3+ years in IAM).

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of IAM platforms/architectures and identity governance controls.
• Advanced project management skills with Agile/Waterfall/hybrid experience.
• Excellent stakeholder communication translating tech to business context.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• 10+ years in project/program management with 5+ years IAM/enterprise IT projects.
• 3+ years hands-on with enterprise IAM platforms and complex multi-team initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM initiative planning and governance across the enterprise.
• Coordinate across infrastructure, security, and applications teams.
• Provide technical delivery leadership on platform implementations.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and manage changes.
• Develop runbooks and support knowledge transfer for operations.
