Job summary

Amex GBT is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex IAM initiatives across the enterprise. You will translate business requirements into technical roadmaps, coordinating across infrastructure, security, and applications teams to deliver value on time and within scope.

You will combine strong project management discipline with hands-on technical understanding of IAM platforms, controls, and architectures, guiding platform migrations and organizational transformations in

Qualifications

10+ years in project/program management; 5+ years in IAM, security, or enterprise IT projects.
Hands-on with enterprise IAM platforms (Okta, Saviynt) and related controls.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

Define project charters and scope for IAM initiatives, breaking implementations into workstreams and phases.
Develop schedules, resource plans, and cost estimates with technical leads.
Establish success criteria and KPIs aligned with business objectives.
Lead governance boards and steering committee reviews; communicate status, risks, and decisions.
Coordinate across infrastructure, security, applications, and business teams; manage dependencies and escalations.
