Qualifications
- 10+ years in project/program management
- 5+ years managing IAM, security, or enterprise IT projects
- 3+ years hands-on with enterprise IAM platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Responsibilities
- Define project charters and scope for IAM initiatives
- Develop schedules, resource plans, and cost estimates
- Establish success criteria and KPIs aligned with business objectives
- Lead governance boards and steering committee reviews
- Communicate status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders
- Coordinate across infrastructure, security, applications, and business teams
