Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Identity and Access Management Solutions Architect to design, build, and own the IAM architecture across the organization. This individual-contributor role focuses on strategy, design, governance, and hands-on configuration of IAM systems, including Okta and Auth0, with emphasis on non-human identities.

You will partner with security and engineering teams to enforce least-privilege, manage lifecycle provisioning, and drive zero-trust principles,

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and configure the enterprise IAM architecture, including SSO, MFA, adaptive authentication, and federation across Okta and Auth0
• Own and implement non-human identity strategy: service accounts, workload identities, secrets management, machine-to-machine authentication
• Define and enforce identity governance standards, including access reviews, privileged access management, least-privilege models
• Architect, build, and operate identity lifecycle processes: provisioning and de-provisioning, RBAC/ABAC
• Partner with engineering, security, and infrastructure to embed identity-first design
• Evaluate, select, implement IAM tooling, and lead migrations between platforms
• Establish and operate monitoring, auditing, and incident response for IAM
• Serve as IAM SME for audits, compliance, and security assessments
