Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an IAM Administrator to manage user provisioning and deprovisioning, onboarding and credentialed access across AD and Microsoft 365. You will automate tasks with PowerShell and support lifecycle events from onboarding to offboarding.

The role emphasizes security, compliance, and collaboration with IT teams to ensure consistent access across systems and physician onboarding workflows.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Experience with user provisioning/deprovisioning and account lifecycle management.
• PowerShell scripting experience for provisioning and automation.
• Security+ certification is preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Create, modify, disable, and terminate user accounts across the organization.
• Build and maintain employee, student, and physician accounts.
• Manage user access and permissions within Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Perform daily administration within Active Directory Users & Computers (ADUC).
• Support identity lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
• Manage and troubleshoot Entra ID/Azure identity-related issues.
• Utilize PowerShell scripts to automate provisioning and administrative tasks.
• Maintain security and compliance standards related to access management.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper user provisioning across systems.
• Document procedures and support IAM process improvements.
