Job summary

A global system integrator company in Maryland is seeking an IAM Analyst to manage user accounts and ensure compliance with security protocols. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of hands-on experience in identity and access management, and proficiency in Active Directory and AWS. Strong skills in scripting, communication, and documentation are essential. This position offers an opportunity to work collaboratively with teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in managing identity life cycle and information security experience.
• Experience using IGA/IAM and PIM tools is a plus.
• Hands on experience in scripting (PowerShell, Python etc.) is a must.

Responsibilities

• Manage user accounts, access groups and entitlements in Active Directory, AWS and other applications.
• Facilitate access reviews and recertification for all resources.
• Document and maintain operational and business continuity procedures.
