Under supervision, you will manage tickets, participate in risk discussions, and contribute to continuous improvement while ensuring timely, compliant access provisioning across the organization.

Qualifications

2+ years in Service Desk or technical user support.
2+ years IT Support, Access or Identity Management experience.
Associate’s degree or related experience required.
BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience.
Experience with ServiceNow, Active Directory and file share permissions.

Responsibilities

Provision systems access for the workforce per policy.
Handle Enterprise Access Management tickets with timely responses.
Respond to inquiries via email, phone, IM, or in person with updates.
Support ongoing IAM process improvements and efficiencies.
Maintain customer satisfaction while upholding security.
Advise stakeholders on risk and compliance requirements.
Participate in on-call rotation and weekend coverage.
