Job summary

DocuSign, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive IAM adoption initiatives across Customer Success, Product and Operations. You will lead cross-functional programs, balance dependencies, and deliver scalable solutions with executive reporting.

The role reports to the Group VP of Global Enterprise Customer Success and requires extensive experience in software deployments and change management across regions.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
• 12+ years of program management or change management experience in customer-facing groups.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and disciplined execution.
• Experience using data analytics to drive decisions across stakeholders.
• 5+ years supporting software customer process optimization and complex deployments.
• Experience driving decisions across multiple senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end cross-functional projects optimizing activation, adoption and retention.
• Collaborate with GVPs and Director to drive a comprehensive IAM program.
• Architect process improvements across Customer Success teams.
• Define goals and MVPs for cross-functional programs.
• Operate as a core contributor on multi-system initiatives.
• Analyze adoption, churn and usage metrics for iterations.
• Coordinate rollout of global adoption plays for field teams.
• Establish regular reporting cadences for executive alignment.
• Adopt AI-enabled tools to improve workflows.
