Job summary

TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC is seeking an Identity and Access Management Analyst to support a cross‑functional security and privacy team in designing, implementing, and measuring access controls to protect USDS data and infrastructure.

You will work with IAM, cyber, engineering and data protection analysts to operationalize identity ecosystems, enforce least privilege, and drive governance through data‑driven metrics and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Information Management, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Cyber Security)
• 5+ years of experience in identity and access management or access governance; experience with IAM tools and RBAC, PAM, Access Reviews, SOD, LCM, provisioning/deprovisioning

Responsibilities

• Design access management program addressing data residency and RBAC requirements
• Develop and implement access governance policies and procedures
• Review requirements for in-house or external technologies to support access management
• Automate and operationalize access management workflows
• Monitor and remediate non-compliant access to USDS data and systems
• Collaborate with security and privacy teams to classify data by sensitivity and compliance
• Support risk and compliance interactions and provide information for findings
• Design and report metrics for weekly, monthly, and bi-monthly cadences
• Participate in security reviews to ensure governance policy compliance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align access governance with organizational goals
