Job summary

TikTok is seeking a skilled IAM professional to join the IAM Operation & Validation team within GSO, focusing on governance, policy design, and risk-based access controls. You will partner with engineering, security, privacy, compliance, and business teams to strengthen identity security across a large, global environment.

The role emphasizes governance of user and non-human identities, control ownership, and continuous improvement of access governance programs.

Qualifications

Experience creating or assessing IAM policies and governance in large enterprises.
Ability to identify identity risks, gaps in controls, and drive remediation.
Strong collaboration with technical and non-technical teams to improve controls.

Responsibilities

Define and enhance IAM governance strategies and control frameworks.
Establish governance policies across identity lifecycle and access provisioning.
Lead governance initiatives with stakeholders to close gaps and sustain improvements.
Use access data to identify excessive privileges and drive remediation.
Develop IAM governance measurement frameworks and monitoring metrics.
Support governance evolution for human and non-human identities.
