Job summary

TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC seeks an Identity and Access Management Analyst to design, implement, and measure controls protecting data in line with USDS policies and regulations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to operationalize identity ecosystems and governance programs.

The role demands experience in access management, scripting, APIs, and data classifications, with on-site work shifting to a fully in-person schedule up to five days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years in identity and access management or access governance.
• Experience with IAM tools and understanding of RBAC, PAM, Access Reviews, SOD, provisioning/deprovisioning.

Responsibilities

• Design access management programs addressing data residency and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement access governance frameworks, policies and procedures.
• Define requirements for in-house or external technologies to support access management.
• Automate and operationalize access workflows to improve efficiency.
• Review access to USDS data and systems and remediate non-compliant access.
• Monitor, respond and report on inappropriate data access events.
