Job summary

Albizu University is seeking a Faculty member for the Master’s Program in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. The role involves supervising graduate student research, delivering graduate-level instruction on campus and online, and supporting program development and accreditation efforts.

You will mentor students, develop curricula, assess learning outcomes, and participate in meetings and grant activities while advancing scholarly research and professional development.

Qualifications

• PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or closely related field.
• Proven expertise in core I-O psychology areas and applied practices.
• Prior teaching experience in higher education, online and face-to-face preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills for managing multiple priorities.
• Experience with curriculum development, assessment practices, and program coordination preferred.
• Familiarity with accreditation standards, student learning outcomes assessment, and accessibility guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-quality graduate instruction in I-O Psychology, on campus and online.
• Support program development initiatives aligned with emerging trends and best practices in I-O Psychology.
• Prepare syllabi and materials, including lectures, exams, and assignments.
• Submit student grades by deadlines.
• Supervise graduate research projects, theses, dissertations, and grants.
