Qualifications

• Doctoral degree (PhD, PsyD, or equivalent) in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or closely related field; ABD considered if degree is conferred by start date.
• Demonstrated expertise in core I-O areas such as assessment, selection, performance management, leadership, or work motivation.
• Strong grounding in research methods, psychometrics, and quantitative analysis for graduate teaching.
• Experience teaching at the graduate level, including online or hybrid formats.
• Administrative, organizational, and documentation skills; willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Carry a full-time teaching load in the MA in I-O Psychology across online, hybrid, and in-person formats.
• Teach core I-O courses and supervise capstone projects while mentoring students.
• Lead curriculum development, course sequencing, and program assessment.
• Oversee program quality, outcomes assessment, and accreditation-related activities.
• Coordinate with international partners for delivery and faculty alignment.
• Engage in scholarship and service to the School, University, and profession.
