Job summary

Energy Transfer is seeking an instrument and electrical technical support specialist to repair, install, troubleshoot, and perform predictive and preventative maintenance on control systems across gas and liquid facilities and pipelines.

The role requires inspection and maintenance of PLCs or DCS, SCADA, and related equipment, with adherence to DOT and safety standards. Strong technical skills and on-call readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates Degree in Instrumentation preferred.
• Experience with SCADA and process control systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, diagnose, and maintain SCADA systems and plant equipment.
• Read and interpret manuals, diagrams, and electrical schematics.
• Perform PLC/DCS maintenance and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Support turnover, reporting, and on-call duties as required.
