Job summary

Orion S.A. is seeking an Instrumentation and Electronics Technician to install, calibrate, and troubleshoot electrical equipment used in process control systems.

Candidates will perform preventative maintenance on pumps, compressors, and auxiliary devices while maintaining proper documentation. The role requires an associate degree in industrial electronics or equivalent experience; candidates with 2+ years for degreed backgrounds or 5+ years for non-degreed backgrounds are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial electronics or related field strongly preferred.
• Two years of relevant experience preferred for degreed candidates; internships count for new grads.
• Five years of experience required for non-degreed candidates; military equivalent counts.

Responsibilities

• Install, replace, calibrate, and troubleshoot electrically powered equipment and devices used for monitoring and controlling the manufacturing process.
• Perform preventative maintenance checks on pumps, compressors, blowers, and auxiliary equipment.
• Inspect and maintain control equipment.
• Keep an organized workspace and maintain documentation and records.
