Job summary

Tetra Tech Digital Systems is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead industrial electrical, instrumentation, and automation projects across West Texas and Southern New Mexico. This role supervises field crews, ensures safe and efficient project execution, supports customer relationships, and delivers projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of industrial electrical experience and 3+ years of supervisory experience, with strong knowledge of NEC

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
10+ years of industrial electrical experience.
3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
Experience supporting Oil & Gas, Midstream, Pipeline, Compression, Processing, or Industrial facilities.
Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, NEC standards, PLCs, RTUs, SCADA, and automation systems.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout West Texas and New Mexico.

Responsibilities

Supervise electricians, instrumentation technicians, apprentices, and subcontractors.
Lead electrical construction, commissioning, maintenance, and automation projects.
Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to support project success.
Review drawings, schematics, and project specifications.
Oversee startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, and system turnover activities.
Maintain safety compliance and foster a strong safety culture.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
