Job summary

INEOS Phenol in Pasadena, TX seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to direct I&E maintenance activities, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and lead cost-effective project execution. The role focuses on planning, supervision, and continuous improvement within a large petrochemical facility.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of hands-on maintenance experience, supervisory background, and familiarity with PSM, ISO 9000, and plant instrumentation systems.

Qualifications

• 2 years formal training in instrumentation, electrical or mechanical.
• 5-7 years' experience in installation, repair and maintenance of related industrial equipment.
• 2 years direct supervisory experience and proficiency in safety, equipment repair, work process planning, piping and instrumentation layout, and personnel management techniques.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and provide technical leadership to I&E maintenance team, including troubleshooting for instrumentation, controls, power distribution and DCS issues.
• Develop and maintain procedures to comply with facility maintenance, ISO 9000, and PSM regulations.
• Manage department budget within area of responsibility, ensuring cost-effective execution of work.
• Plan and implement employee training to maintain and improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate maintenance in the production unit area with production and Engineering.
• Provide accurate labor and material estimates and update CMMS data daily.
