Austin Industrial is seeking an I&E General Foreman to provide daily supervision of crews and administrative tasks on our Spring, TX projects. You will help keep jobs on schedule and under cost, while maintaining a strong safety program and coordinating with owners, vendors, subcontractors, and project management.

The role emphasizes leadership of foremen and hourly personnel, planning work plans, and ensuring effective communication across teams in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Industrial and Supervisory experience preferred.
• NCCER-Inst Fttr PV certification and a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision for crews and administrative functions on construction sites.
• Ensure projects stay on or ahead of schedule and within estimated cost; maintain project safety performance.
• Coordinate with owner representatives, vendors, subcontractors, and project management personnel.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee construction activities, QA/QC inspections, and logistics.
