Job summary

Airswift is seeking an I&E Designer/SPI Administrator III in Roxana, Illinois. The role focuses on instrumentation and electrical design, SPI migration, and database management within a refinery setting.

You will support drawing production, develop design packages, and guide junior staff while working independently or in teams. Required are an AAS in Drafting/Design or equivalent, experience with SPI migration, and proficiency in AutoCAD and SPI tools.

Qualifications

• AAS in Drafting/Design or equivalent required.
• Experience migrating SPI systems and creating I&E design packages.
• Experience in field walkdowns and refinery settings.
• Knowledge of SPI software, SPI databases, and change-management processes.

Responsibilities

• Support drawing production and design package development.
• Lead SPI migration activities and manage related documentation.
• Maintain and evolve the SPI database across refinery units.
• Provide guidance to less experienced designers and drafters.
