Job summary

A premier construction firm located in Byhalia, MS, is seeking a Senior MEP Project Manager to lead the management of a large-scale battery manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include overseeing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and process utility scopes, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget, while maintaining high safety standards. The ideal candidate has a strong background in construction project management, ideally with experience in battery plants, semiconductor, or industrial processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of construction management experience, ideally with battery plants.
• Experience managing MEP scopes valued at $50MM+.
• Proven ability to lead large MEP teams and coordinate complex system installations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project’s safety program and reinforce the culture of safety.
• Oversee MEP subcontractors and ensure alignment with project milestones.
• Conduct regular site walks to verify safety and installation quality.
