Job summary

Dominion Care in Richmond, VA seeks a Program Manager to support I/DD Medicaid Waiver programs. You will supervise hourly staff and coordinators, oversee training, documentation, billing, and ensure quality, growth through community outreach and stakeholder relationships.

The role partners with the Program Director to lead service plans, ensure compliance, and deliver person-centered care across our waiver services with a focus on rights, choice, and community integration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Services and 1 year of direct service experience with individuals with IDD/ developmental disabilities.
Or five years of paid experience directing, developing and supervising care services and staff.
Experience developing, conducting and approving assessments and service plans; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Coordinate development and implementation of service plans and methods for effective services.
Complete required documentation per policies, regulations, and laws.
Act as liaison with providers for reporting, planning, outreach and education.
Assist in Serious Incident Reporting and CHRIS reporting with support.
Supervise hourly staff and support Service Coordinators; ensure quality customer service.
Review census, revenue, and QA measures with Program Director.
