Job summary

Envision Ohio is hiring a full-time Mental Health Therapist to provide diagnostic assessments, individual psychotherapy, Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment, and group therapy for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus, 50% productivity standard, and comprehensive benefits.

We seek a licensed Ohio clinician with experience across ages and co-occurring conditions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic assessments to identify client strengths, concerns, needs, diagnoses, and treatment goals.
• Provide individual psychotherapy and Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment.
• Facilitate or co-facilitate therapeutic groups as needed.
• Collaborate with clients, care providers, treatment teams, and community mental health providers to support continuity and quality of care.
• Help clients and teams understand and adjust to mental health diagnoses.
• Maintain complete, timely case records and other required documentation.
• Meet productivity standards and participate in supervision toward licensure.
