Job summary

Envision Ohio in Cincinnati is seeking an I/DD Child & Family Educator for full-time, in-person work, supporting families with children who have developmental disabilities. You'll conduct in-home visits and create individualized service plans, ensuring tailored support and development.

Ideal candidates have over three years of experience in child development or behavioral support. The position offers a salary of $50K–$54K annually, a $2,000 sign-on bonus, and up to 25 days of paid time off plus holidays.

As a CITE Services Skill Assessment Specialist, you’ll work directly with families in their homes and communities, building skills that last, without the burnout of large caseloads or rigid daily schedules.
