Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical counseling or social work with Ohio licensure or equivalent.

• Excellent communication and collaboration with diverse teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and identify client needs and goals.
• Provide individual psychotherapy and group therapy as needed.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Maintain timely case records and documentation; meet productivity standards.
