Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling required.
• Social Work License or equivalent required.
• Experience in community-based counseling preferred.
• Managerial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of mental health clinicians.
• Manage a caseload of clients at 30% productivity.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and patient visits as scheduled.
• Ensure treatment plans are up to date for each client.
• Complete comprehensive and succinct progress notes.
• Communicate and follow up regarding client status.
• Collaborate with case management and psychiatric services.
