Job summary

Envision Ohio in Cincinnati is seeking an I/DD Child & Family Educator for full-time, in-person work, supporting families with children who have developmental disabilities. You'll conduct in-home visits and create individualized service plans, ensuring tailored support and development.

Ideal candidates have over three years of experience in child development or behavioral support. The position offers a salary of $50K–$54K annually, a $2,000 sign-on bonus, and up to 25 days of paid time off plus holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or autism.
• Experience in child development, assessments, or family support.
• Age 21 and over, with a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly in-home visits with children and families.
• Conduct developmental and skills-based assessments.
• Create and guide individualized service plans.
• Coach parents using evidence-based strategies.
• Support communication, behavior, and daily living skills.
• Document progress and collaborate with internal teams.
