Envision Ohio in Cincinnati, OH is hiring a full-time Mental Health Therapist to provide diagnostic assessments, individual psychotherapy, Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment, and group therapy for children, adolescents, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and co-occurring mental health diagnoses.

This Ohio-licensed clinical role may also provide therapy to clients’ family members.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse age groups and backgrounds.
• Clinical knowledge and ability to provide mental health and psychosocial services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic assessments to identify client strengths and needs.
• Provide individual psychotherapy and Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment.
• Facilitate or co-facilitate therapeutic groups as needed.
• Collaborate with care teams to support continuity and quality of care.
• Maintain complete, timely case records and documentation.
• Meet productivity standards and participate in supervision and licensure activities.
